We know you want your goods NOW but unfortunately good products take time and so does shipping. Please read below to see the guidelines before you order.
ART PRINTS & PORTRAIT PRINTS
Once your payment has been cleared your print will get processed. This takes around 14 days to print and ship to you. Most prints are either flat in a card board envelope or if they are large they will be rolled and mailed in a tube. If you have chosen courier then your parcel will be couriered to you and you will get a tracking number to track your parcel.

WHEN IS MY ORDER SHIPPED?
It takes approximately 2-5 days for your order and funds to be processed. After processing your order your goods are then shipped. Shipping is estimated to take 14-25 business days and sometimes longer due to suppliers own shipping schedules. We do our best to get your goods to you as soon as we can.
Please remember hold ups are sometimes inevitable and this time frame is an estimation only.
HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE TO GET MY ORDER?
It can take up to 30 days on some items so sit tight and think about the amazing products winging their way to you. Please be patient, your order is tracked. You will be sent a tracking number to check progress on your order.
WHERE DO YOU KEEP YOUR STOCK?
We are an online store only and therefore we do not hold stock. All our products are sourced from overseas and are held in warehouses around the world. Please take this into account when you make your order.
To ensure successful delivery, please provide a delivery address where someone will be present during business hours to sign for the receipt of your package.
We accept no responsibility for any damage or theft that may occur following delivery to you.
Any delivery times provided are estimates only. We do not accept any liability in any circumstances for any loss or damage suffered as a result of late deliveries. In the event that multiple products are ordered, part deliveries may be made where stock is not available for all products and we will make all reasonable attempts to notify you of such.
Please email our customer service department if your order has not has not been received within the recommended time-frame so that we can track the package sent to you.
